PORTLAND, Ore. – The National Women’s Soccer League and FOX Sports announced today an agreement to broadcast 10 NWSL matches this season, including four Portland Thorns FC home games at Providence Park.

Portland’s final two regular-season home matches against the Chicago Red Stars on Sunday, Aug. 9, and Sunday, Aug. 30, against the Washington Spirit will be broadcast on FOX Sports 1. Both matches have been moved to 6:30 p.m. (Pacific) for live television from their originally scheduled times of 7 p.m. (Pacific) and 6 p.m. (Pacific), respectively.

Thorns FC’s matches against Seattle Reign FC on Wednesday, July 22, and Wednesday, Aug. 5, against the Boston Breakers will be available on tablets and mobile devices via the FOX Sports GO app and online at www.FOXSportsGo.com. Kickoff times for both matches are set for 7 p.m. (Pacific).

In addition to six other NWSL regular-season matches, FOX Sports 1 will air all three games of the NWSL Playoffs, which includes the two semifinals matches on Sept. 13 and the championship match on Oct. 1.
